Taco Tuesday, been about a month since we had it cause we ran out of venison, someone we all know hooked us up and we did one few weeks back, knocked over four since season opener about three weeks ago, after leaving them to rest and solid two weeks I finally started cutting on Sunday, not a myth let your stuff rest nothing better than it. Anyways I'll follow up with that for now it's good eats and taco Tuesday made 34lbs of chop meat on Monday night.
