Taste, yes more and more the squirrel is becoming very good, however buffalo "chucker" strips were very good - need more foul and so wish NJ allowed dove hunting.

Squirrel and Chucker "Wings" not bad. Boiled 1st then stove top. Squirrel was better once the meat was pulled from the bone. Didn't take a pic of it done.

Looks good like the idea of squirrel wings, I'd bet good, just so much easier deboneing first, however few friends and some cocktails wings probably a hit
