Congratulations to Russman who took this big opening day bow with his daughter, Sophie, in the stand. Well done and a memorable day for sure! Prior to recovering the deer, Sophie was standing on a yellow jacket nest and got stung about ten times. Russman and Sophie ran for the river to jump in. Russman had to go in anyways for the big doe had expired 50 yards from the shot in the river.
