Pretty & Danger: White flowered bush (berry like pedals), black 3-4 berry cluster, sticks: Black Jetbead or Jetberry

It took me a few days to find out what this was, for I was thinking it was in the nightshade family and had a feeling it was a plant not to eat. Come to find out, it's a plant from the China/Japan region and the seeds can be deadly poisonous if eaten. The fun to say - Rodotypos (computer guy wit lots of typos - no need to comment) Scanden or also known as the Black Jetbead or Jetberry. Pretty plant for sure. I found it here under some tall pines, acidity soil on my property in the NE. For many years no English term for it. The plants are often used in landscaping but are considered invasive.

Known As: Black Jetbead, White Kerria, Jetberry
