Chaga

Postby Yooper » Tue Jan 05, 2016 9:40 am

I wasn't sure if I should put this under mushrooms or here. Has anyone tried Chaga? I haven't but read and hear amazing results from using it. My dad has added it to his coffee but I don't think he used it long enough to benefit from it. Any thoughts? I was thinking of going Chaga hunting soon.

Thanks for sharing. I've never heard of Chaga until now, but have seen the black burnt dark hard masses on birch trees before. If I see some I will be picking it.

Mushrooms, are strange. Those that eat mushrooms on a daily basis "greatly" decrease certain types of cancers. From what I remember nearly 30% o more less chance of breast cancer or testicular cancer among all other cancers. Mushrooms are a huge anti cancer food something my family doesn't eat much of and a food I generally don't care for but eat anyways for health benefits. A vanilla flavored tea sounds much better and I'd love to try it.
