I discovered the Autumn Olive Berry this year. Not really the best tasting though not bad either, but they are everywhere (Maine to SC to AR and more) and you can pick handfuls super quick. 17 times more lycopenes than a tomato!!! A super food for sure. I made two small jars of jelly but didn't have the right tools for the job - should have been 6-8 jars.
