I've seen it way too many times. Broadheads don't belong in bow cases. Neither do knives or a any other sharp objects. Store broadheads in a secure small plastic case using foam and if traveling for a hunting trip, pack with them with your luggage. For local traveling or hunting, a few soft cases come with a separated compartment for arrows. Simply detach your quiver and place in the side arrow compartment. Plano and others make an airline approved hard case just for arrows.
I saw an elk hunter in the high back country loose 3 days of his hunt because of a broadhead meet string acquaintance. Attached is a picture of someone who just learned this hard lesson.
