A customer just sent us his bow in for a Manufacturers Tune Up - new string and cables, full disassembly, clean and lube, laser and paper tune. This particular bow came from San Diego, CA and upon arrival we noticed slight grinding coming from the cam due to sand and grit in the needle roller bearings. After sitting in a turbo sonic system for 15 minutes, we reapplied aircraft grade lithium grease to the cam and idler wheel and both spun as if brand new. In the below pics, you can see the grit and sand particles being worked out of the cam's needle roller bearings. Upon complete assembly, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shot resulted in perfect bullet holes. When it comes to our customers and our bows, we go above and beyond to assure them great service and and an outstanding product built to last a lifetime.
