Squirrel Pot Pie, Rabbit, Pheasant, etc. All those small critters we love to chase and put on the dinner plate.

Hot Sesame Honey Pheasant

Whipped up recipe.
One or two pheasant breasts and thighs, thinly sliced (all tendons removed)
Add a little olive oil or sesame seed oil and get hot on a med/low heat. Add your pheasant strips and turn burner to low.
In a separate dry frying pan add sesame seeds and toast them until lightly brown. Keep an eye on them and stir them often w a wooden spoon. Toasted seeds gives it great taste!
When pheasant is done or nearly done, drain any liquid and add: honey (approx 2 Tbs per bird), cheyenne pepper to taste, sesame seeds and worechestershire sauce (2tbs per bird) Mix well and serve. This goes well on top of any stir fry or serve it as a main dish with sides
