Venison Broccoli

Postby Russman » Thu Dec 15, 2016 11:55 pm

Nothing against Chinese Food, but once you make this no need for take out, I use a 1/3 back strap cut thin cross grain, sautéed in EVOO and onion, brown meat add salt, pepper and ginger to taste. I also use chicken broth it feel it compliments the taste, add soy sauce and corn starch to thicken. Steam broccoli al dental and fold in serve over rice. Way better than take out, only bad thing is it is a two pot dinner so there is a little clean up after, however worth it for the healthy and know you food alternative.

Looks really good, I'd add a cayenne pepper or two. Maybe a CA7 recipe and will be making it soon to test out.
