Fresh Venison Tenderloin Recipe

When butchering, lunch is almost always:

2 tenderloins
1 med to large onion, sliced
1 large bell pepper, sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, sliced
3Tbs low sodium Soy Sauce
3Tbs Worechestershire Sauce
1Tbs Basalmic Vinegar

Saute up all ingredients except loins and basalmic vinegar. Once onions start becoming translucent add loins. Cook to medium rare. Prior to serving add basalmic vinegar and mix well.
