Awesome venison burger

:P my husband made me a venison burger for dinner tonight. I decorated it with lettuce tomato avocado fried onions Yum! Oh and Swiss cheese of course eating toasted my sesame seed bun

Tarragon flavored ground venison which is a somewhat new favorite seasoning of mine for venison , garlic powder, paprika, and an egg to the ground venison (small amount of bread crumbs is sometimes added - not too much though but it will help not make your burgers so dense). You can also add olive oil to add moisture (I don't add pork fat to my grind). Grill the burger to med-rare. Toast the sesame seed bun but first add butter, garlic powder and paprika to the grilled side. I then added some Matt-man homemade horseradish sauce to mine which had a little bit of beet juice added for sweetness. Then muenster cheese (swiss for the mrs.), sauteed onions, avocado, lettuce and tomato. I also added a little hot sauce for a little more kick ...
