Stuffed Peppers

Or on the half. Sautee fresh garlic and chopped onion in a little EVOO then add venison to brown salt and pepper to taste, add a can of diced tomatoes undrained and sliced mushrooms, and cooked rice. Either core or half your peppers and add meat, arrange in a glass baking plate cover with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes , and enjoy
